Job summary
Golden Years In Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in Escondido, CA. The role focuses on safety, health, and well-being of clients, with tailored activities for meaningful engagement.
Requirements include HCA certification or ability to obtain it, 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, TB/X-ray clearance, Live Scan, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles. We offer competitive pay and sign-on bonuses.

- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs

- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
