Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. If you love serving others and creating joyful moments, we want you on our team!

You'll ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes, tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement, and perform personal care, light housework, meal prep, shopping, errands, companionship, and basic care tasks including transfers and ADLs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or an exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
