Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes and tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal prep, shopping, and companionship, with duties extending to dementia care and transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification preferred or can be obtained through us.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Fully vaccinated or exception accepted.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan) required.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
