Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in San Diego is looking for caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will support seniors with personal care, companionship, and daily activities while ensuring safety and well-being.

We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts, with competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked. Travel up to 25 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
