Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking caring aides to provide in-home senior care across California. You will be responsible for personal care, light housework, meal prep, and companionship, ensuring safety and dignity in clients' homes.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and be fully vaccinated or have a valid exemption. We offer flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and on-call slots with travel up to 25 miles where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
