Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Elk Grove, CA seeks compassionate, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. You will provide in-home care, ensuring safety, dignity, and daily living support for clients.

We offer flexible schedules, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay of $18–$20/hr, and opportunities to grow with our company. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25 miles are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification can be obtained through us.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
