Job summary

Unifi is seeking energetic individuals to join our growing team in Hawaii. As a passenger-facing leader, you will guide a team of agents through arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and related inquiries to ensure smooth travel experiences for passengers.

You will oversee service quality, assist passengers with special needs, and coordinate with customs and baggage teams. This role emphasizes safety, customer care, and teamwork in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Credentials required per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in via computerized systems (boarding, baggage, reservations, complaints).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items for loading.
