Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• One year college certificate or technical school, six months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise up to 10-15 passenger service agents.
• Must pass all pre-employment testing including drug testing and a physical.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team.
• Assist Passenger Service Agents in their assigned areas to ensure Agents perform duties professionally and safely.
• Ensure smooth operation through coordination between departments and agencies for on-time operation.
• Monitor, evaluate and recommend training needs; maintain training records for Agents.
• Attend to day-to-day administration (ordering supplies, procedures, communications, investigations).
• Liaise with Carriers’ representatives to meet requirements and standards.
• Assist in maintaining staff morale with clear and open communication.
• Cover manpower shortages and assist whenever necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
