Menzies Aviation is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee passenger service operations on a shift basis. You will ensure safety, manage resources, uphold service standards, and maintain client relations and financial performance for your shift.

Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, reporting, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Experience in airport ground handling is preferred. This position is on-site in a dynamic airport environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have a current valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Advanced computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee health & safety, operational and financial performance of the shift.
• Plan resource allocation for the shift.
• Liaise with customer representatives.
• Produce routine reports.
• Mentor and train employees per company standards.
• Attend mandatory training and enforce compliance.
