Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Tampa, FL is seeking a Passenger Services Supervisor to lead the frontline team and ensure on-time performance. You will coordinate the Passenger Services Agents, monitor operations, and drive training to keep safety and service standards high.

You will also handle day-to-day admin, liaise with carriers, and cover shifts as needed, contributing to a safe, efficient and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Must supervise 10–15 passenger service agents.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including drug screening and a physical.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team.
• Assist Passenger Service Agents in their duties to standards.
• Ensure smooth operation through coordination between department and agencies.
• Monitor, evaluate and recommend training needs and maintain training records.
• Attend day-to-day administration, e.g. ordering supplies and improving staff procedures.
• Liaise with Carrier representatives to meet requirements.
• Assist in maintaining staff morale and open communication.
• Cover manpower shortages as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
