Job summary

Qualifications

• Management experience with track record in passenger services.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships with staff, airline customers, airport authorities and suppliers.
• 3–5 years aviation industry experience with knowledge of passenger operations and procedures.
• Organizing and planning skills with quick problem-solving ability.
• Must pass FBI background check.
• Must pass driver’s test and obtain a valid Airport Driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer airline reports in line with their requirements.
• Build strong relationship with all customer airlines and deliver a customer focused operation.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements for all relevant authorities.
• Ensure that airline customer standards are maintained and raised by continuous improvement.
• Encourage, manage and develop Menzies Aviation staff in all aspects of the business.
• Control resource and cost allocation within budgetary restraints.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Obtain GSC certification.
