Menzies Aviation in Denver is seeking an experienced passenger services leader to drive a customer-focused operation at the airport. You will prepare airline reports, foster strong relationships with staff and client airlines, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Management experience with track record in passenger services.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships with staff, airline customers, airport authorities and suppliers.
• 3–5 years aviation industry experience with knowledge of passenger operations and procedures.
• Organizing and planning skills with quick problem-solving ability.
• Must pass FBI background check.
• Must pass driver’s test and obtain a valid Airport Driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Required Skills

• Previous management experience and a demonstrable track record of passenger services success;
• Ability to build an excellent working relationship with staff, airline customers, airport authorities and suppliers;
• Possess 3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of passenger operations and procedures;
• Organizing and planning skills, with the ability and initiative to react effectively and quickly to unexpected circumstances;
• Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Must pass an FBI background check and obtain a custom seal;
• Must pass driver’s test with the Department of Airports and obtain a driver’s license to drive on Airport Operational Area (AOA);
• Must pass a pre employment drug test;
