Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at check-in, at the gate, and during boarding. You will advise passengers, handle reservations, and assist with baggage while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include processing tickets, refunds, baggage claims, and providing travel information to customers throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• One+ year of relevant airline or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, at the gate, and during boarding.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, refunds, baggage checks, and excess baggage charges.
• Answer inquiries about schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate, prepare and complete post-departure procedures.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with airline and AGI procedures.
