Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers at the airport, ensuring smooth check-in, boarding, and arrivals. You will perform ticketing, baggage handling, and customer inquiries while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• US or Canada work authorization if location is in the US/Canada.
• SIDA training required to obtain airport authority ID.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant airline/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate per AGI standards.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Handle reservations, tickets, refunds, and baggage processing, including excess baggage charges.
• Assist with lost and found, tracing, and handling damaged/lost baggage claims.
• Answer inquiries about schedules and fares, provide general travel information.
• Meet aircraft, board passengers, verify documents, and manage standby reservations.
