Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers from check-in to boarding, ensuring accurate information, timely guidance, and safety adherence at all times. This role focuses on delivering first-class customer service at the counter and gates, handling reservations, tickets, baggage, and refunds while following airline procedures.

Candidates should be at least 18 with a high school diploma, be able to lift and stand for long periods, and communicate

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States if work location is in the US.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport identification security.
• Preferred: 1+ year of relevant experience in airline or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Handle reservations, tickets, and itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and collect excess baggage charges.
• Answer inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Manage lost and found activities and assist with tracing for lost baggage.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Meet aircraft at gate or loading area and assist passengers with reservations and luggage.
