The role requires strong communication, math, and computer skills, with a focus on accurate ticketing, baggage processing, and coordinating with flight crews and ground teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use computer systems and perform basic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counters and gates.
