Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent to ensure travelers are informed and directed to the right place at the right time. You will handle ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures with safety and airline procedures at the forefront.

Join a large ground handling company serving 100+ airlines across 61 airports in the U.S. and Canada. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and adherence to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred Qualifications - One+ year of relevant experience. Airline experience is preferred, and previous face-to-face customer service experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Handle reservations, tickets, itineraries, and baggage-related duties per standards.
• Answer inquiries about schedules, fares, and general travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate or loading area and coordinate passenger movements and luggage.
• Process payments for excess baggage and upgrades where applicable.
• Maintain required records and reports of activities such as lost and found.
