Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers from check-in to boarding, ensuring customers are informed and in the right place at the right time.

This role emphasizes safety, security, and airline-specific procedures, with a focus on first-class service. You will work at the ticket counter and gate, handle tickets, reservations, baggage, and provide travel information to passengers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by law.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Airline experience is preferred.
• One+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Always ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Handle customer interaction in a professional manner for tickets and itineraries.
• Process reservations, tickets, refunds, baggage, and excess charges.
• Manage lost and found activities and related records.
• Answer inquiries on flight schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Meet aircraft at gate or boarding areas and coordinate reservations and luggage.
• Prepare flight forms and ensure accurate documentation for post-departure procedures.
• Coordinate with ground handling teams and flight crew on movements and communications.
• Follow dangerous goods handling procedures.
