Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor to lead on-shift Passenger Service Agents and Leads, ensuring first-class service at the ticket counter, gate, and boarding areas.

You will handle reservations, fares, baggage, refunds, and claims, mentor staff, uphold safety and security, and coordinate with flight crews and ground teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred Qualifications - One+ year of relevant experience; airline experience and customer service are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Passenger Service Agents and Leads on shift and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Ensure safety, security, and airline procedures are followed at all times.
• Handle ticketing, baggage handling, refunds, and boarding coordination at counters and gates.
• Maintain records of lost and found activities and perform tracing procedures.
• Communicate flight schedules, fares, and general travel information to passengers.
