Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor to lead shifts, guide Passenger Service Agents, and ensure high-quality customer service at the airport. You will handle ticketing, baggage processes, and coordination with flight crews to ensure timely and safe operations.

The role emphasizes safety, security, and compliance with airline standards, while delivering friendly, professional service to passengers and their companions across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Passenger Service Agents and Leads on shift, assign duties and resolve escalated concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Handle ticketing, reservations, fare calculations, refunds and baggage handling.
• Coordinate with ground handling team and flight crew for smooth operations.
