Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks a friendly Passenger Service Agent to guide travelers from check-in to boarding, delivering first-class service while enforcing safety and airline procedures.

You will handle ticketing, baggage, schedules, and customer inquiries at gates and counters, with emphasis on accuracy, courtesy, and teamwork. Benefits include health coverage, paid vacation, uniforms, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• One+ year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and security is never compromised.
• Handle reservations, tickets, itineraries, fares, refunds, baggage handling and excess baggage charges.
• Respond to inquiries about flight schedules and fares with clear information.
• Meet aircraft at gate, verify documents, and coordinate passenger reservations and luggage.
• Prepare and check flight forms and post-departure procedures.
• Communicate flight movements between gate, ground handling, and crew.
• Follow procedures for passengers regarding dangerous goods.
