Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor in McAllen, TX. You will lead Passenger Service Agents on shift, ensure safety and security, and deliver first-class service to travelers at the gate and ticket counter.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete SIDA training for airport security.
• Preferred: 1+ year of airline or face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Passenger Service Agents on shift and resolve escalated concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counters and gates.
• Meet aircraft at gate and manage boarding and baggage handling.
• Ensure safety and security compliance with airline procedures.
• Maintain records and assist with flight-related forms and reports.
