Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driving License.
• Credentials required per airport/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents on passenger assistance duties.
• Handle shift scheduling, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate with manager about issues; lead shift meetings.
