Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a supervisor to manage a team of leads and agents in passenger assistance, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations across shifts. You will oversee dispatching, scheduling, and training while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of aviation or ground handling experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain airport credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum 18 years old and valid driving license.
• Ability to obtain airport/state/customs credentials.
• One year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules including workstation assignments and vacations.
• Coordinate payroll-related paperwork and shift administration.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate issues to the manager and conduct shift meetings.
