Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Supervisor to oversee passenger assistance agents on assigned shifts, ensuring safe and efficient operations for arriving and departing flights. You will manage dispatching staff and equipment, coordinate training, and maintain shift coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain airport/state credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents on assigned shifts for passenger assistance.
• Manage shift schedules, training, vacations, breaks and rotations.
• Coordinate payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Communicate with management about issues and improvements.
• Conduct shift meetings and ensure safety and security standards are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned within capability.
