Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual to help assign agents to flights and locations within the airport. You will support control room operations, manage device distribution and inventory, and ensure on-time arrivals and departures with safe procedures.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, being at least 18, and the ability to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements. Full-time, on-site with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign team members to flights or locations to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and research to the team.
• Perform daily inventory of devices and report discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot non-functioning devices and report out-of-service units.
• Ensure devices are charged and time clocks operable.
• Provide right of access to the Control Room and maintain secure operations.
• Complete duties safely per company standards and procedures.
• Report safety or security incidents and hazards per policy.
