Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise a team of leads and agents.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs requirements.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and rotations.
• Communicate issues to the manager and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist payroll administration and shift paperwork.
