Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in transit operations, maintenance, schedule making, or related support.
• 2+ years in rail maintenance operations with operations staff.
• Pass DSPD background screening.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to obtain DSLE and FRA DSLE status within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Rail Operators, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily rail operations and ensure safe, reliable service delivery.
• Investigate incidents, disturbances, and customer complaints with dispatch personnel.
• Maintain real-time communication with the ROC for service adjustments.
• Respond to disruptions with operational solutions and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with rail operating rules and regulations.
