Responsibilities

Lead a multi-modal, taxpayer-financed transit organization with emphasis on increasing ridership, safety, reliability and quality of service.
Collaborate with the board to unify the agency with a common vision, message and approach for customers.
Build relationships with local, regional and state officials, officials and stakeholders.
Serve as the public face and champion of RTD, fostering trust and brand positivity.
Oversee marketing and public outreach and communicate priorities to media and public.
Foster diversity, equity, inclusion and equality at all levels of the organization.
Encourage leadership development and customer-centric, innovative problem-solving.
Oversee asset management and the use of technology to enhance operations.
