Job summary

RTD (Regional Transportation District) seeks a seasoned professional to provide operational oversight and contract management for operating and public facilities contracted services. You will monitor performance, ensure compliance with contracts, and support service delivery meeting safety, reliability, and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible experience in transit facilities operations or a related public-sector service environment.
• Experience overseeing contracted service providers and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting, cost estimating, and expenditure tracking.

Responsibilities

• Directs contract development and procurement strategy for operating and public facilities.
• Monitors contractor performance and ensures compliance with contracts and safety standards.
• Collects, validates, analyzes, and reports operational and performance data.
• Represents RTD in owner’s association boards for shared-ownership facilities.
• Prepares narratives, reports, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
