• Energetic, enthusiastic personality and strong guest interactions.
• Must have excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience planning or assisting children’s events is preferred.
• Good written, verbal, and nonverbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Retail or customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate in-store events (e.g., kids birthdays, crafts).
• Engage with customers of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Assist guests with product selection and checkout processes.
• Lead event activities, demonstrations, and add-ons per company standards.
• Set up, break down, and clean event spaces within the store.
