The Charles Nedder Team is looking for a friendly, personable, and organized Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator to join our Greenwich office on a part-time basis. This is not a cold-calling position. It's a helping-people position. You'll be talking with past clients, current customers, and buyers and sellers who have already connected with our team. Many have previously spoken with one of our agents, toured properties, requested information, or scheduled an appointment. Your role is to make sure these relationships don't get lost in the shuffle. You'll check in, find out how they're doing, help them reconnect with their agent, share new properties that closely match what they're looking for, and schedule or rebook appointments when they're ready to take the next step. If you're a local real estate professional who loves the business and enjoys people but doesn't want to spend your evenings and weekends driving around showing houses, this could be a great fit.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
