The Charles Nedder Team in Greenwich, CT is seeking a part-time Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will nurture client relationships, reconnect with clients' agents, and coordinate next steps without cold-calling.

This role focuses on keeping clients engaged, sharing new properties that match their needs, and scheduling or rebooking appointments when they’re ready to take the next step.

Qualifications

• Connecticut real estate license required.
• Genuinely enjoy talking with people and helping clients.
• Friendly, upbeat, and helpful demeanor.
• Strong local knowledge of Greenwich and Fairfield County.
• Excellent relationship-building and contact management.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good memory.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to past clients, current customers, buyers and sellers.
• Check in, reconnect clients with their agent, and share suitable properties.
