The Charles Nedder Team is seeking motivated real estate professionals to join Greenwich, CT and surrounding areas. You will represent buyers and sellers, conduct consultations, and manage negotiations with the support of our technology, coaching, and marketing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Licensed in CT and/or NY or actively pursuing licensure.
• Excellent communication with buyers and sellers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM-based follow-up and technology.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in CT/NY throughout the transaction.
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations.
• Follow up on team-generated opportunities.
• Show properties and identify suitable homes for clients.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and guide clients through closings.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with past and prospective clients.
• Build a long-term referral and repeat-client business.
• Use CRM/AI-powered tools to manage pipeline.
• Participate in coaching and training to increase production.
