Responsibilities

• Build relationships with past clients and existing customers through proactive follow-up.

• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and coordinate with agents to ensure quality service.
• Schedule buyer and seller consultations and property appointments as plans evolve.
• Communicate updates via phone, text, and email and support the team as needed.
