The Charles Nedder Team in Greenwich, CT is seeking a friendly Real Estate Client Relationship Coordinator to join our part-time, in-office team. You'll nurture past clients and buyers, schedule appointments, and keep relationships from slipping.

This is not a cold-calling role; it focuses on helping people and maintaining strong client connections. You may be a great fit if you have a Connecticut real estate license and enjoy working with a collaborative, energetic group.

Qualifications

Connecticut real estate license preferred; active status not required.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with past clients and existing customers through proactive follow-up.
Reconnect with buyers and sellers, share properties that match criteria, rebook appointments.
Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and coordinate with agents to ensure quality service.
Schedule buyer and seller consultations and property appointments as plans evolve.
Communicate updates via phone, text, and email and support the team as needed.
