Right At School is hiring a Part Time Childcare Educator in Milwaukee, WI. Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:30–9:30 and 3–6, with hours linked to school calendars. Pay rate ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus.

The role fosters safe, engaging after-school and before-school experiences that support student growth. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience with children under 13, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Organize lesson materials and document attendance and incidents.
• Deliver engaging curriculum to support school-day learning.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management for safety and engagement.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager for progress and accountability.
• Lead fitness activities and supervise children at play.
