Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator to support before- and after-school programs across local school districts. You will help deliver engaging activities, supervise children, and ensure a safe, positive environment. The role emphasizes learning through play and healthy living.

Ideal candidates have at least one year with children under 13, a HS diploma or GED with additional qualifying credits, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Shifts run Monday–Friday, with morning and afternoon blocks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• State requirements including First Aid/CPR and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead structured daily fitness and educational activities.
• Maintain safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
