Right At School in Manchester, PA is hiring a Part-Time Educator to support before and after school programs. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and a split-shift schedule (06:30–08:35 and 03:10 PM–06:00 PM).

You'll design activities, lead daily lessons, and maintain a safe, engaging environment that inspires a love of learning and healthy living while communicating with parents and school staff.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and progress; encourage collaboration and accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives; lead fitness and education.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and positive classroom guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, address hazards, and document attendance/incidents.
• Communication: interact effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
