Right At School is hiring a Part Time Childcare Educator in Wisconsin. Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:30–9:30 and 3–6, with a pay rate of $16.00–$19.00 per hour. A $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus is offered along with growth opportunities and certification support.

The role focuses on delivering engaging daily curricula, maintaining safety, and communicating with families and school staff. Candidates should have at least 1 year of childcare experience and be able to lift 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with children under 13 years old.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
