Job summary

Right At School in Pennsylvania is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school enrichment programs. Earn a $1,250 sign-on bonus with staged payments; the role offers morning and afternoon shifts totaling up to about 22 hours per week.

Pay is $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and related child-care experience, and be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with objectives; lead sports and curriculum.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, document attendance and incidents, follow safety protocols.
• Communication: effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
