James River Equipment in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Parts Warehouse Associate. You will process inter-company transfers, stock parts, and verify receipts while maintaining organized warehouse areas. The role supports inventory control and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate reliability, basic math skills, and comfort with RF scanning. Forklift certification and willingness to learn are a plus as the team grows together.

A Day in the Life: Parts Warehouse Associate

• Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests
• Stock parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
• Verify receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments and machine down orders
• Monitor shortages and expedite processing through reporting to the warehouse supervisor
• Conducts daily cycle bin counts and maintains assigned warehouse area to stay neat, clean and organize

Need to Succeed

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail with basic math skills and recent computer use with experience with RF scanner a plus
• No fear of the forklift with the ability to become forklift certified and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
