Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming parts and retrofit offers/orders via email and phone.
• Coordinate repairs and returns for parts, ensuring proper documentation and followup.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offers and orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers and corporate headquarters to clarify and complete all partsrelated requests.
• Provide weekday and weekend oncall support for emergency parts needs (including responding to calls and coming into the office if required).
• Work one evening per week (until 6:00 PM) to support afterhours parts service requests.
• Accurately pick, pack and arrange shipment of parts using UPS, FedEx or other delivery services when on call support.
• Maintain records and ensure efficient workflow in parts processing.
