Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Parts Specialist to support our technicians and customers across our parts network. You will triage part requests for service orders, generate revenue from parts sales and provide customer support throughout the order lifecycle.

Responsibilities include monitoring the ticketing queue, assisting walk-in customers, and collaborating with procurement to ensure timely material replenishment. A strong customer-first attitude and basic math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant parts inventory, replenishment or equivalent experience in a service industry.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong customer-first attitude.
• Past technician experience with parts knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math functions and inventory counting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the parts request ticketing queue to support technicians with updates.
• Provide customer service for inside sales and process incoming orders.
• Collaborate with technicians and procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
• Check material availability across LiftOne networks.
• Create/modify sales/service orders to meet customer requirements.
