Job summary

Estis Management Llc is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage inventory, order and receive parts, and support technicians with accurate part availability. You will reference engineering drawings and maintain detailed records for invoicing and shipping.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, familiarity with inventory software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional after-hours shifts and safety training. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or English literacy at 12th grade level.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical/electronic or plumbing parts sales.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and inventory management software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings to identify parts.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference for oilfield equipment experience, especially compressors.

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors to maintain stocking levels.
• Receive, inspect, and store parts.
• Pick and package parts for orders and ship to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of parts ordered, received, sold, and shipped.
• Transmit pricing, quantities, and charges for customer invoicing.
• Assist with warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Participate in training to enhance compressor product and computer system knowledge.
• Work weekend or after-hours call-out shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned
