Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in our store to provide high-quality service to retail and installer customers in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support management and service staff with daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided to ensure excellent performance. The role includes cash handling, processing transactions, and assisting with stock and planogram updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Complete required company training for the position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle cash/credit, and process transactions.
