Crownstone Equipment seeks a detail-oriented Parts Specialist to support daily parts operations at our branch locations. You will assist customers, manage inventory, and coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure the right parts are available to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with construction equipment parts is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in parts sales, inventory management, or service support preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with parts selection, pricing, and availability.
• Answer calls and greet customers in the parts department professionally.
• Research parts in the inventory system to ensure correct orders.
• Stock incoming inventory and maintain organized storage.
• Communicate with Parts Manager about inventory levels and restocking.
• Collaborate with service to anticipate parts requirements and workflow.
• Make realistic commitments to customers and communicate delays.
• Maintain records of parts sales, returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Cross-train to support service or rental operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
