Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Parts Specialist - CES to support the parts department, maintaining inventory levels to meet projected parts needs of customers and the branch’s service department.

You will bring a strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude to help drive service quality at the world’s largest equipment rental provider. This role offers advancement opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail/sales exposure.
• Heavy equipment knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Support parts department and maintain inventory levels to meet projected parts needs of customers and the branch’s service department.
• Process external and internal parts orders by completing invoices, updating inventory records, and shipping parts as needed.
• Advise management on parts activities, future trends and matters affecting department efficiency and customer relations.
• Maintain current parts manuals, catalogs, literature and price lists for all equipment sold by the company.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
