Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a Parts Specialist to deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist with parts selection, quotes, and related selling while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and transactions.

Qualifications

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
Familiar with automotive parts cataloging and sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and assist them in selecting merchandise.
Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed.
Process exchanges and returns per company policy and quote prices.
Provide excellent phone service, look up parts and upsell related items.
