• Must multitask, handling in-store and phone interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process payments and handle cash drawer accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Perform store tasks: stocking shelves, planogram updates, and inventory checks.
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements.
