Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management, edges of automotive sales, and daily shop operations, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, handling cash and returns, and maintaining store standards. Training will be provided as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parts selection.
• Process cash transactions and returns per policy.
• Assist with stock, planograms and shop cleanliness.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Provide store training participation and follow company programs.
• Occasionally drive to make deliveries if business needs require.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
